Our Story

Hi, we are Whitney and Chris Carullo, the owners of Liven Up Fitness, and our team’s mission is to help you reach your fitness, weight and fat loss goals. Our team only cares about one thing… your success! We promise to work with you every step of the way to make your journey to better health easier.

Liven Up Health and Fitness is a Lehigh Valley personal training facility that specializes in results-based fitness programs and healthy lifestyle guidance, empowering the lives of all who walk through our doors. Liven Up has been servicing clients in the Lehigh Valley since 2012 and are proud to be a locally owned and operated business. Great service, highly educated trainers, and members who get results are all part of our quality-driven club.

Why do you love what you do?
I have been asked many times “how do you find the motivation to exercise”. The truth is that we will NEVER find the motivation. We need to EARN it, work for it, and continue to challenge ourselves every day to sustain it.

A lot of people get the wrong idea about exercise and for this reason, is why most won’t find success. Exercise is NOT just for weight loss, building muscle, strength, flexibility, speed, or power.

The human body is designed specifically to move. Not only are we built for it but the human body is so advanced that we even have a reward system based on when we do. This reward system releases chemicals in our brain that make us feel better, manage stress, and improve confidence. Exercise is the best medicine on the market that has both physical and mental benefits.

I love what I do because I have the opportunity to influence and guide others to the benefits of exercise and develop the Motivation required to work harder, overcome obstacles, eat better, lose weight, get stronger, smile more, seek out new opportunities, create a network of positive; like-minded people and become the BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF!
